SHIPPING
We ship all our watches via FedEx and recommend delivery to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for added security. Please also provide us with a photo of your valid ID for shipping. A valid ID and signature are required to receive or pick up the package. We use FedEx Overnight for domestic shipments and FedEx International Priority for worldwide deliveries; however, please note that we do not ship internationally.

All shipments include insurance, which is factored into the listed price. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing after payment confirmation through Chrono24.

RETURNS
Returns must be confirmed and approved by our office within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Watches may be returned or exchanged only if they are in the same condition as when received. Each watch will undergo a thorough inspection upon return.

WARRANTY
We offer a 2-year in-house movement warranty along with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. For pre-owned watches, the 2-year in-house warranty applies specifically to the movement.
