Die Offerte von Helvetic Time AG kam schnell. Versprochen wurden 1 - 2 Wochen Lieferzeit. Nach Zahlungseingang nie mehr, was von dem Händler gehört. Es war keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich, nicht seitens mir per Mail über Chrono24 oder über der Webseite von "Helvetic Time AG" via Support-Email oder per Telefon und Cobox-Nachricht, noch hat die Helvetic Time AG auf die Nachrichten von Chrono24 reagiert. Ich weis nicht, ob die gerade in einer personellen Krise stecken oder ob das immer so ist. Wenn man auf Trustpilot schaut, ist das wohl häufig so. Nach 1.5 Monaten es vergeblich zu versuchen, habe ich das Geld zurückverlangt. Gut das die Beträge an Chrono24 gehen und nicht an den Händler. Danke hierbei an Chrono24 für ihren Support den Händler zu erreichen und für die rasche Abwicklung der Rücküberweisung.

Althought I contacted the seller directly multiple times in order to express my concerns about the delivery date of the watch item, they NEVER replied back to give me ANY information about the delay. This is absolutely NOT a professional behaviour. After almost a month, I had no other option than to cancel my order.

I got offer for Garmin Marq watch from dealer at September 27. I accepted and paid offer at very next day September 28. I got message from dealer at September 29 that they have received my request and they will work and processing the order in the shortest time possible, everything was going smoothly and messaging was kind with short answering time. But then shipping has not started in few days as I supposed. So I asked reason at October 3 and got answered next day that they had to transfer watch to their German warehouse but from there they will send it with UPS. They will send tracking number to me soon, I got answered. After one week, at October 11, I asked for the situation for second time. Are you having some issues with my order? I wrote if the situation will be the same at October 14 (delivery excepted to be at me in Oct10-14) I will cancel the order. Again they've answered to me at next day that there was a delay in the custom clearance but it's now resolved and they confirmed that watch is now ready to ship immediately and I will get tracking code by UPS. At October 13 I got short message that seller has shipped the order but it's impossible to have tracking for this order. Delivery service have changed to GLS Express. Then I had bad feeling about whole order but decided to wait and hope best. At October 26 I had enough and sended message where I asked what is happening here? This time answer take several days and it was coming in October 31. Answer was that unfortunately the parcel got lost during the trip. It was their last watch available and it can't be ordered anymore. Well, I wouldn't if I've could. I'm very sorry and disappointed at the moment for all of this mess and still waiting to get my money back. =( I feel that I have pissed off. Sorry my bad English. I can't recommend this seller. Communication was slow and I have to ask information many times. In 2022 in Europe, I think the delivery can not take longer than one week.

Nach 6 Wochen teilte mir Helvetic Time AG mit, dass die NEUE Uhr defekt sei, man könne sie nicht ausliefern. Dazu brauchte man WOCHEN. DAS Zelda ist auch noch nicht auf meinem Konto eingegangen. Alles voll komisch und befremdend. Dieser Händler ist nun wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Verkäufer hat sich zuerst auf die Anfrage überhaupt nicht gemeldet. Dann habe ich mich telefonisch beim Verkäufer gemeldet und schliesslich auf diese rückfrage die Information erhalten, dass die Uhr in 7 Tagen verfügbar ist. Ich habe daraufhin den Kaufpreis bezahlt und dann 12 Tage vom Verkäufer nichts gehört, worauf ich den Kauf storniert habe.

Die Uhr, die ich angefragt hatte, war ein Einzelstück und laut Kundenservice binnen 4-6 Tage lieferbar. Nach 6 Tagen, bekam ich eine Mail, dass man die Bestellung aus Qualitätsgründen stornieren müsse. Rückfragen und erneute Anfragen auf eine ähnliches Inserat des Händlers sind bis heute unbeantwortet. Habe eine neue Uhr woanders ausgesucht und kann den Händler nach dieser Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Megrendelés után az eladó egyetlen egyszer se válaszolt levélre, utána viszont sem az én, sem a Chrono24 levelére, felszólításara nem válaszolt. Az órát több hét után sem szállították le, így a rendelést visszamondtam. After the order, the seller never responded to a letter, but then neither I nor Chrono24 responded to his letter. The watch was not delivered after several weeks, so I canceled the order.
