Unfortunate we never know who we’re dealing with. We accept your offer and we inform you BEFORE make the payment that our shipments were delayed because of the pandemic. It wasn’t the mail service the reason….but our staff who was positive for covid and we had to suspend our activities. The announced deadline was one to two weeks after payment confirmation and you contact us one day after the payment to request the shipping. We understand that you have a anxious problem and you have the right to change your mind about the purchase but you have not the right to tell lies and harm us. You said we are polite but unfortunately we can’t say the same about you. A shame

Completely unfair We informed from the beginning that because of Pandemic we were working with some limitations How is it possible not to have the minimum understanding at a time so difficult for everyone

Forgot to inform me that the watch was in fact in Brazil and not in Portugal...waited almost 2 months before cancelling because I had no guaranty of getting it anytime soon Lack of clarity at the beginning too bad

Perfectly friendly to deal with, but awkward with delivery. Was unable to commit to a firm timeline - initially indicated it would take longer than usual, without clarifying what usual was - I chased a week later, the seller said he'd provide a shipping update by the end of the week (he didn't), I chased again, was similarly non-committal. Blaming Covid (which he did) for courier delays is fairly daft (and a little naive to think anyone would believe it). I offered to arrange a courier collection. My suspicion is that he was keen for the sale, but didn't have his ducks lined up. A shame. Perfectly polite though :-)
