No le pongo más estrellas , porque tras el pago , el vendedor tardó más de una semana en realizar el envío del producto y me consta que Chrono24 , se tuvo que poner en contacto con el , para que realizara el envío... ( yo ya pensaba que no lo iban a enviar ) He comprado más relojes a través de Chrono 24 y es la primera vez que me sucede esto .

2 Stars - Mixed Experience - Watch Timekeeping and Communication Concerns I'm granting this review 2 stars due to a mixed bag of experiences with the purchase of a Panerai PAM00422, or PAM422. On the positive side, the shipping process was impressively smooth and rapid following my purchase. Furthermore, when I discovered a missing buckle in my order, Exquisite Timepieces displayed commendable responsiveness by promptly addressing the issue with a compensation check, which is currently en route via mail. However, the negatives substantially eclipse the positives of this experience. The paramount concern revolves around the undisclosed timekeeping accuracy issue of the watch. Initially, I noticed that it was running fast, but it was only recently, upon using a local watch repair shop's timegrapher, that I discovered the watch's high level of inaccuracy. It fluctuates between gaining 6-35 seconds per day or a staggering 4 minutes per week when fully wound. The watch also exhibits a beat error of 1.2mm-0.8ms (ideally, it should be 0 or a maximum of 0.1). Adding to the list of concerns, the watch's amplitude spikes to 350 degrees when fully wound, potentially causing balance wheel knocking. To provide context, here are the findings from the watch repair timegrapher: - When fully wound: +35sec, 350 amplitude, 0.8 beat error - At 2 days power reserve: +20sec, 327 amplitude, 0.9 beat error - At 1 day power reserve: +6sec, 301 amplitude, 1.2 beat error Had I been aware of these significant beat error issues, I would have refrained from purchasing the watch. In stark contrast, my other Panerai watches maintain high accuracy, with a variation of +/- 6 seconds, no beat error, and normal amplitudes. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable for a Panerai P.3001 movement timepiece. I've dispatched the watch to Panerai under warranty, although specifics cannot be provided due to the review's time constraint. On the communication front, attempts to contact the seller through Chrono24 often left my questions unanswered, both before and after the purchase, resulting in frustration and doubt. In conclusion, while the shipping process and the resolution of the missing buckle issue displayed commendable aspects, the substantial problems concerning timekeeping accuracy, the lack of disclosure regarding the watch's inadequate beat error, and communication issues cast a shadow over the overall experience. Addressing these issues is imperative to ensure future customer satisfaction.

Communication was above average however I purchased the watch to find out later that day it had been double sold. Very disappointing. I got my money back but still negative experience.

Since this watch is a preproduction piece it is not numbered (it’s a LE). I contacted Sinn and was told that they never sold a preproduction piece of this watch. I asked for the serial number which had been photoshopped and did not get an answer.

Dealer was very responsive. Unfortunately, despite that communication, they were unaware that they had sold the watch at their store when i escrowed my money. It was a bummer. But the dealer was Johnny on the spot about telling C24 to cancel the transaction. A mixed bag overall, so three stars.

The description did not note that the watch needed a battery and a new band . The band was very dirty on the inside .

Watch was announced with box and papers and after the payment they told me that the box and papers were magically disappear , I accepted to continue with the transaction because Chrono24 is very serious about the authenticity , but , I can't trust that type of way to conduct business

The initial all I received from them was promptly after the purchase. Unfortunately it was to tell me they didn’t have the watch. Then I had to call twice to cancel the order. They asked me what I would be interested in. My reply was , the watch I ordered.

Kommunikation war ok. Allerdings stimmte Auskunft bzgl. Modellnummer bei limitierter Auflage nicht mit ausgelifertem Modell überein!

Still displeased that the seller sold me something they did not have and countered with something I didn’t want. Part of my Purchase was expediency. Not buy something to then be told we will get to you eventually
