You never provided me with a tracking number or where i can find that, so I could not track the shipment of my clock. When I asked you to just ship the product to a local relative in London, you told me that the product was already in my Country You said that even though the product arrived to my Country after Brexit became effective, I should not worry, because the time of dispatch happened before Brexit. This of course turned out to be incorrect. You also said that I should not worry, because you declared a customs value of GBP 100 for the package. – If I had decided to take this route, I would have got into trouble with the local customs authority as it turned out that the GBP 100 value that you claimed that you provided was also not true. (Once I received the package, I saw that you actually claimed GBP 250 on the package itself) If I could have seen via the taracking system where the product I ordered was,I could have reacted quicker and then I could have saved a 1000£.
