Il prodotto si e’ presentato sporco e con ammaccatura al bracciale Oyster non visibile nelle foto e non indicato nelle caratteristiche. Il venditore ha indicato il prodotto in Ottime condizioni, circostanza purtroppo non esatta. Lo stesso, a fronte della mia lamentela, ha offerto la riconsegna dell orologio e restituzione delle somme, ma non è stato possibile accettare tale proposta onesta perché l orologio è arrivato con un po’ di ritardo ed era un regalo per una importante ricorrenza non rinviabile. Sono rimasto complessivamente un po’ deluso. Corrado Valvo

Uhr wurde leider nicht im beschriebenen Zustand geliefert. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Verkäufer wurden die Mängel sofort, schnell und sehr unkompliziert vom Verkäufer beseitigt. Ich bin mir sicher eigentlich ein Top - Verkäufer mit 5 Sterne Bewertung. In meinem Fall muss ich leider Abzüge machen, den Verkäufer aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da er mit der Situation professionell umgegangen ist.

Die Bewertung ist für uns hier nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Kunde behält die Uhr und hat zudem aus Kulanz einen kompletten Uhrmachermeisterservice erhalten. We can`t understand the 1 star rating . The customer keeps the watch furthermore he did receive a free full masterwatchmakerservice.
