Die Adresse war nicht vollständig angegeben. Es hat lange gedauert bis das Päckchen ankam. Der Händler hat sich nicht rechtzeitig um die Fehlerbehebung gekümmert und auch nicht für den Fehler entschuldigt. Die Uhr war als Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft und wegen der langen Verzögerung musste bis Ende Dezember warten...

Auf den Versandpapieren fehlte die Hausnummer welche aber auf der Rechnung aufgeführt war. Leider war Fedex in dem Fall sehr unflexibel. Wir haben selbstverständlich am Tag darauf alles in die Wege geleitet. Tut uns leid für die Verzögerung.
