Dear Sir , Thank you for your feedback , we always appreciate our customer feedback . 1) This Pocket watch is 128 years old it’s a vintage pocket watch , before sending to you we have gone through the pocket watch and it was working fine , but we always take our customers words and find a better solution. We have requested you that please send the pocket watch back to us so that we can fix it and send it back to you, or you can have a full refund, but you haven’t responded back to us. 2) We were in communication with you and responded you in quick time. 3) Pocket watch was suppose to be delivered in two weeks time as it was international shipping but we have tried our best and have delivered in 6 days time , customs process is not in our hands . We hope to do more Buisnes with you . Thank you.

Small watch box rattling around in Large DHL box Case shows areas of excess polishing. Not mentioned in ad , Polish residue on band and inside watch. Back of watch cover loose. Watchmaker review Needs oiling and probably a service. Cost $900 Aus Looks good. Keeps good time Rolex value vs omega???

Hi Sir, We are happy that you liked the watch as you have mentioned it looks good and keeping good time , So it doesn’t not need any service as it is keeping good time , as far as polish is concerned we haven’t done any polish . we have put in a dhl smallest box it was wrapped wit bubble wrap so that it won’t move , As we have spoken to Dhl they told us Australian custom would have removed the wrapped. Sorry for inconvenience, we hope to do more Buisnes with you in future. Enjoy your watch . Thank you

Very disappointed when opened the package and informed seller and emailed photos to him for 1) crown detached from the pocket watch when received 2) center second hand cannot pass through the minutes hand and jammed. 3) only hour repeater function, quarter chome cannot function Pending watch repair technician's repair quotation at HK where he told me that watch may be cannot be repaired or had No parts in HK. Repairing may take over 1 year. I like the pocket repeater, but unfortunate the watch cannot properly functioning.
