Never again. I got a watch partially inoperative. Got a discount to try fix it locally, but the quotation for the repair is almost as much as I payed for the watch. I can not believe a professional dealer is unaware of such a fail, so I can only feel scammed.

They sold me a watch that was making a lot of noise from the winding mechanism. Not mentioned before the sale took place or in the description. This is very bad and they have relisted the watch without letting the customer know about that issue. Omega Nekton..Never again!

From the photos I can tell that maybe the product no longer has the original strap, which I can accept! However, the dealer did not inform in the product description that the product does not have the original buckle! This disappoints me! Other than that... I am satisfied with the product.

Sad. Ordered a watch, crystal is misaligned, bracelet has a dent in it, lugs have somewhat deep scratches, caseback has some pitting. I tried to negotiate a better price based on the pics but the watch is in worse shape in real life. Not to mention only a 6 month warranty, thats pretty poor.

Overall good experience. Shipment was super fast. However, description was not 100% accurate. Watch diameter was described to be 34 mm and is only 33 mm. At first no reply to my email. Shortly after my rating a partial refund was offered and subdial did their best to find a solution. I am very happy with the watch.
