Shipping was great, communication was slow, by 2 days for each answer. Sent wrong watch, didn’t have advertised watch in stock even after I asked before purchasing.

Took like over THREE WEEKS to get watch. It was held up in FedEx Customs for weeks awaiting missing paperwork from seller. I also just received a separate customs/duty bill from FedEx for another $43, above the $32 I paid for shipping already to seller that I am now supposedly responsible for and I was NOT notified in advance that this would be my responsibility. Lastly, seller is slow to communicate, taking days to respond to a simple question. In short, a Bad Experience and I regret having gone through this root canal - I would not buy from this entity again. Sorry to be so negative, but they need to be more responsive, organized and forthright.

Dealer ended up not having the watch. Was slow to respond. I got a full refund without any hassle though. Honest seller

Lamentablemente mi articulo estuvo bastante tiempo retenido en aduana y yo sin saber nada , por lo cual tuve que recurrir a ustedes Chrono24 para que fueran intermediarios para una pronta solución, Es importante que el vendedor se asegure que el comprador reciba el articulo, si bajo cierto periodo no hay respuesta consultar nuevamente si se ha recibido

There is a notch on the minutes hand from the seconds hand making contact with the minutes hand. This contact actually causes the seconds hand to get stuck and stop keeping time.

Dealer didn't respond to my emails until prompted by Chrono24 and even told me initially the item was already sold when it wasn't and I got it.
