item advertised as "new unworn", yet it arrived with detached link and missing box outer sleeve, when communicated, the answer was this was how it was sold to them, when asked about an authentication letter, they responded that they don't supply the letter if watch comes with a guarantee card, that is incorrect as all watched bought used or new should be authenticated unless bought from a Rolex authorised dealer, when the watch comes with stickers on and at prices specified by Rolex. I did not return the watch, but would not be dealing with this company again.

Rolex had a 0.5cm scratch on the face which was undisclosed in the listings pictures of description. Other than that. Delivery was very fast, communication during sale was excellent.

Good experience overall but ruined by the dealer shipping to the wrong address. (Number 4 instead of number 14) could have lost the watch completely had I not chased the postman down the road. I guess mistakes can happen but more care needed.

Die Antworten waren sehr knapp gehalten. Keinerlei Verhandlungsbereitschaft. Die Fotos scheinen auch nicht original zu sein. Details wurden auf Rückfrage geändert. Die Stellung der Krone war auf den Bildern auch anders. Dennoch sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer neuen Datejust. Der Zustand ist sehr gut und der Preis war auch in Okay.

Nice timepiece and lovely patina. Some remarks about description and information provided: 1) The movement is not a Valjoux 7732 as described but a 7734. 2) The crown has a dent not mentioned and not captured by the pics 3) The case is not unpolished but polished. I own a 2446C that is unpolished and the difference is visible. Overall it's a beautiful watch but taking these points into consideration this would have justified a certain discount and I'm not very happy that this was falsely communicated.

I was very pleased with the Breitling Navitimer 01 I purchased from The Swiss Watch Company Ltd. The photographs of the watch accurately portrayed the watch I purchased. I would recommend this dealer.

The watch is not in great condition, quite scuffed. Also the watch looses approx 2 minutes per day. I will have to send the watch to be serviced by Hublot. Very disappointed to be honest.
