Good pricing, excellent communications. Watch received well packaged However, the laser etched crown was found to be at 7:00 position instead of the 6:00 position. The chrono hand has a tiny bit of stains (? corrosion). Hence the watch was returned. A more thorough inspection before dispatching would be beneficial. Return process was easy and issue handled professionally and smoothly. Would still recommend.

Pricing is good. Excellent communications. Condition of watch is ok, listed as excellent, little to no signs of wear, but sadly the fluted bezel has been polished up and loses the edge, a tiny small scratch of the crystal, small chip on the bezel. Pictures on these defects in the listing would have been more appreciated.

Hodinky hezké, škoda jen, že byly bez dokladů ač bylo inzerováno kompletní doklady včetně krabičky, jeden by řekl, že to byl úmysl, protože z Anglie když koupíte musíte zaplatit clo, spediční poplatky a dph a, když vracíte zboží přijdete o podstatnou část, takže vám nezbývá než se s tím kdo vás podvedl dohodnout, ne vždy je to výhodné

Great watch, great price and great communication. Ben was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions promptly. He also accommodated me in my payment choice and made sure I was aware of every stage of the Escrow payment scheme. The images of the watch were clear and well lit and the description left nothing out with regard to specs, what was included and condition. This would have been a full 5 star review had there not been a minor glitch in the packing of the watch ( watch was unharmed but a close call ). After a message to the dealer soon after unpacking the watch my concern was noted and a reassurance that systems would be doubly checked was given. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to make a repeat purchase at some point and would recommend others to buy a watch from Charles Fish without any concern.

Item was as described however I had discussed with them about altering the watch strap and when the watch arrived this had not ben done. Not the end of the world.

I filled in a form from the dealer saying I was unhappy about the size of the bracelet but have heard nothing. Watch is perfect, delivery perfect, communication nil. What a pity.

I know I bought this Rolex watch on a Friday evening online But just expected some communication from them by email regarding the sale of the watch which I had bought that evening but received nothing till the Monday daytime and it concerned me awfully When spending this amount of money and not knowing any details But when they actually communicated with me everything was perfect

La montre est, comme décrite sur l'annonce en très bon état à l'exception de 2 très petits coups sur la vitre (non signalés) Concernant le vendeur Il répond rapidement aux questions Mais malgré ma demande de ne pas expédier la montre immédiatement et attendre quelques jours car je n'étais pas chez moi pour la réceptionner il n'a pas tenu compte de mon message. La montre a été déposée dans ma boîte aux lettres et aurait pu être volée. C'est pourquoi j'ai mis seulement 3 étoiles pour la communication
