I purchased a Cartier Santo from them a month ago and have still been unable to wear it because the bracelet is too small. Today they inform me they cannot supply additional links because I need to go to a Cartier agent to buy them. None of this issue was stated when I bought the watch. Currently the watch is useless to me and I have been told I need to resolve the issue. They sold me a watch which is female wrist size knowing I am male and I was buying for myself. So far I have spent £4500 for nothing that I can use. Please comment.
