Pro: the watch completely met my expectations, the packaging was careful, and the shipping was very fast. Points for improvement: at times I had the impression that the seller was ghosting me and avoiding answering certain questions, like Timegrapher results of the watch. As soon as the payment was made, the responses were very fast again.

The watch was advertised as in excellent condition (it was just in good condition in fact) and serviced but it did not work properly at all (the chrono di not start and it did not keep time properly). But I had an excellent communication with the seller and I sent back the watch without any problem/

Fast alles super, nur die alte Originalschachtel war sehr spröde und die darin eingepackte Uhr und Armband mussten nach Erhalt erst mal gereinigt werden. Das hat den ersten Blick auf die Uhr schon etwas getrübt. Eine Versandschachtel neben der Originalbox hätte mir besser gefallen. Trotzdem sehr guter Händler und zu empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, Herr Steltzer. Bei älteren IWC Boxen (in Ihrem Fall 19 Jahre) neigt das Material dazu, abzubröckeln. Leider können wir nichts dagegen tun. Gerne nehmen wir Ihren Vorschlag auf, die Uhr in einer separaten Versandschachtel zu versenden. Schade nur, dass Sie nicht den exzellenten Zustand der Uhr erwähnt haben.

Super netter Kontakt - Paket wurde beim Nachbarn abgegeben, jedoch ohne Benachrichtigungskarte an uns. Die Unterstützung durch den Händler war vorbildlich. Der Lieferumfang der Uhr war vollständig. Leider war die Uhr nicht wirklich gereinigt und die Uhr wurde mal, meiner Ansicht nach, nicht fachmännisch (riefen zu erkennen) - ist nicht tragisch. Ist auf den Bildern jedoch nicht zu erkennen.

Sehr geehrter Herr Simo, bei allem Respekt für Ihre fachlichen Kenntnisse für Uhren möchten wir festhalten, dass eine unsachgemäß gereinigte Uhr unser Haus niemals verlassen hätte. Unser Uhrmacher poliert und reinigt seit Jahren für uns und es gab nicht einen unzufriedenen Kunden deswegen. Ob es daher tatsächlich angemessen war, eine perfekte Uhr mit nur 3 statt 5 Sternen zu bewerten, stellen wir in Frage.
