We are sorry to read your review. We see it really unfair. If there is sign of use, it will be on the case, bezel, bracelet or buckle. The watch is new and does not have any signs of use. We do get sometimes few small hairlines on the back case caused by storage or the brand team trying to remove the protective stickers (some brands make sure those stickers are removed directly when selling). Moreover, you gave us 3 stars only on shipping, although you have received the watch in 3 days only from Dubai to USA. That is not fair also. Anyways, we work hard to provide our customers with great watches, great prices and best service in industry, we look always for our customer happiness and satisfaction.
