Very good and open communication with Rhea as a very supportive person .The deal was as Unfortunately the delivery through DHL was very risky because the package was not delivered personal against ID as clearly indicated ,but just left to the doorman and the signature for receipt was not mine . I fully recommend EW Watches but not DHL for delivery . regards

Happy with the watch; shipment and condition great. Due to having to source the watch it took almost 3 months from initial request to delivery. Although communication was swift and friendly, I would have appreciated a bit more pro-activeness in keeping me up-to-date during the wait. Nevertheless I would not hesitate to buy again from this seller.
