The watch was sold as like new. But it was covered in hairline scrathes and deep dents from strap changes in the lugs.

Thanks for your purchase. The watch was unworn with stickers, but was shop-soiled with light, superficial marks throughout. The lug marks from the strap change were due to the fact that an additional unworn Tudor camouflage NATO strap was fitted in-store by Tudor directly. An immediate full refund was offered, but was rejected. In any case, we are sorry for the less-than-ideal experience you have had. Regards, Tempvs

Excellent experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend this seller. Very responsive, informative, patient, polite and honest. Every question I had big or small (and I had alot lol) was answered promptly. Dealing with a Verified Dealer may be a bit more expensive, than a Private Seller....but hey it's your money.
