We negotiated the price and dealer accepted. I paid for watch but passing 1 week they did not ship. Contacted them and they said they have sold one watch two times and have no longer a watch to ship to my way

Très dommage...la montre commandée est dans un état quasi neuf...quasi mais il y a des petites rayures sur la couronne, très faibles, on doit les ravoir au polissage...mais bon dommage. Quand à la communication avec le vendeur : j'ai demandé si le colis était envoyé en plis sécurisé ET avec signature. Sa réponse : oui....et là j'arrive au problème : le coli a été litéralement jeté dans ma pelouse par le livreur alors que je n'étais pas chez moi. Ce n'est pas admissible. Si le vendeur ne sait pas comment la poste d'envoi gère dans le pays de réception, il n'a qu'à le dire plutôt que donner de mauvaises informations.

The package was send with secured post to 5500,-€ We also send the customer the track and trace to prove that the package was send with secured delivery. The package was well packed in paper, plastic and hard-box. Unfortunattely we don't know every postman by name in every country.
