Communication was OK, and Helvetic Time always eventually answered. It did take a while for them to ship the watch, but the watch arrived within their estimated arrival so I can't complain. No doubt these are unusual times (COVID complications), and willing to cut them some slack given the circumstances. Bottom line, arrived exactly as described, they were responsive and would definitely purchase from them again.

Alles bestens. Ware schneller erhalten als angegeben. Uhr direkt ohne Probleme beim Hersteller online registriert. Die Uhr war noch nirgends registriert worden und die Garantie begann wirklich mit dem Versanddatum. Hatte bei diesen Punkten einige Bedenken, aus jetziger Sicht unbegründet. Würde sofort wieder eine Uhr bei ihnen kaufen.

They item was not as described. The picture and the description showed a gold watch. The watch came as rose gold. They were not helpful in communication. I would not recommend buying from them.

Even though I didn’t communicate with the dealer that was because I knew the item I bought was brand new. Very happy with my purchase and the transaction, will do it again next time.

Highly recommended. They offered a fair price for the Seiko which was not currently available in United States, and promptly shipped it. Communication was great during the whole purchasing, shipping, and after process. Delivery was earlier than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very positive experience.
