Die Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea wurde als ungetragen und wie neu beworben. Geliefert wurde eine mehrmals getragene Uhr mit mehreren kleineren und größeren Kratzern. Der Verkäufer teilte mit, dass es sich um einen Fehler seiner Mitarbeiter handeln würde und ich die Uhr zurück schicken solle, da man mir preislich nicht entgegen kommen kann. Erst auf Nachdruck von Chrono24 übermittelte der Verkäufer ein Rücksendeetikett, da ich ansonsten sehr wahrscheinlich auf den Rücksendekosten sitzen geblieben wäre. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer empfand ich als schlecht. Die Beschreibung des Artikels war mangelhaft. Ich empfinde die Art und Weise, sowie die Begründung des Verkäufers als sehr unprofessionell, das darf m.E. bei einem so hochpreisigen Artikel nicht passieren.

Bietet Uhren an die er in Kommission hat und dann aber nicht liefern kann. Die Kommunikation hat stattgefunden, jedoch ist man nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Ich würde hier nicht mehr kaufen.

Schnelle Lieferung, fairer Preis, aber leider wurden deutliche Tragespuren weder in der Beschreibung noch auf den Bildern gezeigt. Kommunikation ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden.

I can not say anything about the offered watch, the price was fair. But have cancelled the purchase for my part. And this is the reason: In times of digital communication and corresponding response times, this was simply bad. Nowadays, you can't make someone wait 24 hours for simple questions about shipping. That's not contemporary, that's not the essence of digital business processes. Perhaps it will be taken as a suggestion to improve here.

Communication is really difficult, as this dealer leaves messages unanswered for weeks! Plus, and although expected with any purchase, a store invoice was not initially provided when the watch was sent. Moreover, the play on words appears a bit disingenuous, e.g. insisting that a watch is "new", when actually it only is "unworn" (there's a difference, in how long a warranty applies… Does the warranty starts from your date of purchase, or from a prior purchase by a reseller?). The watch had been described as "new" on the initial ad, as well as in direct messages (e.g. "The watch is brand new, full set, 5 years international warranty"). But when the invoice finally arrived (after explicit request), listing a "used" watch, messages quickly followed… to state that it was a mistake by an employee, and that the watch was "new". The truth however was different: neither "used" nor "new", the watch actually was "unworn" (warranty had started ticking several months ago, so no full "5 years international warranty", but apart from that it was in perfect condition and well packaged). For the agreed price, the discrepancy was acceptable, nonetheless it would have been better to be honest and upfront about it from the beginning.

Fast and very good transaction of the purchase. Seller always answered my questions very quickly. The clock was delivered to me in the condition offered. I can recommend this dealer

Montre en très bon état, authentique, mais livrée sans la boite ni le certificat d'authenticité que je suis entrain de refaire chez Chopard. Bon contact , réponse rapide.
