El vendedor es muy borde y autoritario pero solo hacia el comprador cuando llega el momento de ser igual con el no es así, borde y no acepta su equivocación o mala profesionalidad. Yo le compro un reloj y cuando llega el reloj no le funcionaba el cronógrafo, por lo que hablando con el llegamos a la conclusión de mandarlo reparar y cuando se repara se demuestra que el reloj NO ESTABA REVISADO, me engaño y el arreglo NO quiso hacerse cargo de el solo me dio una propina de 90€ sobre una factura de 500€ aprox, menos mal que CHRONO24 se porto FANTÁSTICAMENTE y me aportó algo más, pero el vendedor MUY MAL. RESUMEN RELOJ SIN REVISAR AVERÍA RESPONDIÓ CON UNA PROPINA Y MAL CHRONO 24 FANTÁSTICO

it may pain me just a little to say that german efficiency is alive and well especially in the world of watches ( probably in most other areas as well actually ) the service was as i experienced it flawless i must also say the classic watch club of aberdeen were equally as polite and efficient the watch is superb in the condition described ( like new fresh out of the box ) i would recomend using either company without hesitation and will definetly use again yours stevie h
