I bought a beautiful Cartier Francaise from Richard Mille and throughout, they were professional and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They even found additional links, at no extra cost to me, to enable it to fit. The watch is perfect with no signs of wear. I was kept update through the offer, buying and sending of my watch at regular interval and all my queries were promptly responded to. For me, Richard Mille very much went the extra 'mille' and I would not hesitate to but from them in the future. When I next go to London, I would even like to drop in personally, to thank them.
