The 40mm Case Is Made iN Stainless Steel With A Solid Case Back, Which Features An “Airplane” Engraving. Mounted On Top Is A Fixed Stainless Steel Bezel. Also Includes A Screw-Down Crown And Topped By A Scratch Resistant Sapphire Crystal. Water-Resistance On This Watch Can Reach Up To 60 Meters (200 Feet). Time Is Exhibited On A Silver Dial With Arabic Numerals And Smaller Minute Index Markers, Circling Around The Dial. There A Triangle Symbol iN Place of The 12 O’Clock Numeral With The IWC Logo Underneath It; While “Mark XVIII” Can Be Seen Aligned With The 6 O’Clock Position. The Hands And Arabic Hour Markers Have All Undergone A luminescent coating, For An Enhanced Legibility. There Is Also A Date Aperture At The 3 O’Clock Position. Powered By A Self-Winding Mechanical Movement, Caliber 30110 With 21 Jewels And 28,800 Vph. Power Reserve On This Watch Can Last Up To 42 Hours, When Fully Wound. Currently Mounted To The Watch Is A Black Santoni Calfskin Leather Strap, Secured To The Wrist By An IWC Stainless-Steel Pin Buckle.
