This Patek Philippe Calatrava 3919J-001 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber
215 PS movement that's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment.
It has the hallmark of the quality seal of Geneva, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted for cold, heat, isochronism and 5 positions.
It's constructed with 18 jewels, 130 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and a self-compensating free-sprung balance spring.
The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz)
