Full set of box and warranty card. Please message/call with any questions regarding this or any of our watches. We will reply as soon as possible with an answer. All of our watches come with 12 months warranty from Perfectime. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, tampering, mistreatment or modification through the addition or subtraction of parts or accessories not supplied by Perfectime. Watches under the manufacturers original warranty or manufacturers service warranty may mean your warranty is longer than 12 months. In the event of a malfunction arising within the warranty period, we will remedy the defect at no cost to the consumer, once the consumer delivers the watch back to Perfectime in St Albans. This warranty will be valid only if the consumer holds a certificate of authenticity from Perfectime or has another form of proof of purchase from Perfectime, We will not accept any costs for taxes/duties/import charges that we ship watches to. This will be the purchasers responsibility. We generally ship watches next day subject to confirmation of full payment on Chrono24 or bank transfer. If you prefer to collect or view a watch before purchasing then a prior appointment is required. Please call 01727 795 380 to arrange. |
