Presented at Baselworld 2015, the stainless steel reference CAR2A1Z features polished and satin-brushed finishes and is water-resistant to 100 m (10 bar, 328 ft). At 45 mm in diameter, this watch looks sporty and masculine. Like every model in the series, it has a skeletonized dial with a view of the movement underneath. The in-house Calibre Heuer 01 is an evolution of the chronograph Calibre Heuer 1887. This automatic Swiss movement is skeletonized, has 39 jewels, and ticks at 28,800 alternations per hour, or 4 Hz. It also has a 40-hour power reserve. The central set of hands displays the hours, minutes, and chronograph seconds. There's a quick-set date at 3, an hour counter at 6, a small seconds dial at 9, and a minute counter at 12 o'clock. The rotor has a black coating, Geneva stripes, and is engraved with the words "CAL. HEUER 01 SWISS MADE."
