The customer made a completely unfair complain and to keep him happy we grant a partial refund and we sent him a Rolex box outside completely of the deal that we agreed and he sent this feedback...nonsense...

I first confirmed with them if the watch is available and what would be the delivery time frame, but suddenly after I made the payment, they got back to me saying that they don't have it in stock! And if I wanna order the exact same model, have to wait several weeks! And when I asked the same model under the same deal, they simply canceled my order with the reason "Revocation"! And after 1 week, my $11k hasn't still got back to my account! Such a shame

Sadly it was a bad luck situation, my supplier though that he had the grey dial, but he had the black one, I offered that in replace which it's more expensive but we will honor the price without asking a difference or order the grey one waiting the time that Bulgari takes in send a new watch....that's it....The customer didn't want to wait so we cancel it...

Not a good experience. The dealer had trouble sourcing the watch, no communication and bad attitude. The impression I got was that he didn't want to complete the sale.

From the beginning we advised the customer that the order will take about 6 weeks or more, the customer didn't want to wait the final week to receive it and decided to cancel the transaction. Nothing wrong done from our end, all was clear from the beginning...
