The case was indeed in very good condition but the bracelet I received with the watch is stretched in needs a restoration, in the end I will pay 3500€ extra to have a watch I can wear often. So, bittersweet.

La montre était en apparence en excellent état mais certaines vis du bracelet était rouillé et la lunette unidirectionnelle ne fonctionnait pas. Lorsque je l’ai mentionné après le retour, le service après vente m’a indiqué que ce n’était pas le cas et que tout fonctionnait correctement, alors que j’ai essayé le système plusieurs fois et que j’ai vu de mes propres yeux les vis rouillés. Le service après vente a tout de même été à mon écoute et m’a fourni une étiquette de retour.

Très déçu à la réception quand j’ai voulu changer le bracelet J’ai été obligé d’aller chez Panerai à Geneve pour faire dévisser une vis qui était collée..Ils ont dû faire intervenir un autre bijoutier. J’ai cru que j’allais être obligé de renvoyer la montre..

Molto professionali, oggetto in condizioni splendide e spedito in tempi rapidissimi (meno di 24h). Sulla descrizione del prodotto sono un po’ carenti, visto che si è poi rivelato molto meglio di quanto descritto per quanto riguarda il corredo (più completo della descrizione) e pure su richiesta sono stati un po’ poveri di dettagli. Insomma potevano meglio valorizzare quello che avevano. In definitiva sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto, oltre le aspettative.

Leider war der Artikel defekt. Reparaturangebot wurde gemacht, aber ich habe darauf verzichtet. Verhalten und Kommunikation des Händlers war aber tadellos.

The watch is very nice, but the delivery was delayed by 2 weeks due to the fault of UPS. Item in accordance with the description. There was a little problem with the watch band, but the customer service is very helpful. Other than that, everything was fine, I highly recommend it.
