The watch was sold as new but when it arrived it had a minor scratch on the bezel. The seller communicated very well and covered the cost to replace the bezel. Overall would recommend perhaps I was just unlucky with this one.

Unfortunately however, sometimes shipping personnel mishandle packages during transit. Those are unexpected issues that we have no control over.
