We understand how frustrated you are, but we tried to explain you as many times as possible that the parcel DHL had been picked up, but unfortunately DHL lost it. For this reason our co-worker informed you that we will ship you another watch. Tolle Uhr, wie beschrieben, rasche Lieferung. Einzig etwas komisch: Der Garantieschein wurde von einem italienischen Uhrenhändler aus dem Veneto auf italienisch ausgefüllt, obwohl ich die Uhr bei einem Schweizer Händer gekauft habe.

Silvia war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehe professionell und vorallem zeitnah. Die Uhr wurde mit einem falschen armband geliefert, jedoch sehr zeitnah kam ein Lösungsvorschlag, sodass ich keine Umstände hatte. Nächste uhr kaufe ich wieder hier!
