This Rolex Tucker Drilling logo reference 1501 Date is one of the rarest watches I have ever owned.
As a matter of fact, this is the only one available on the Internet, as far as I can tell. It is certainly many times more rare than the other American oil company logo watches from the 1970's - 1980's, you may find occasionally for sale. This all original beauty is from around 1978. That was the era when certain companies gave their employees among other things, high grade watches as performance rewards, retirement or work anniversary gifts. The diameter of the stainless steel case is 34mm, the bracelet is 19mm at lug ends and it will fit a 190mm (7.5") wrist. It is working and keeping time, but the last service date and the history of the watch is unknown. The watch and the bracelet have not been polished. If you want to stand out of the usual Rolex crowd and you don't want to pay the astronomical costs associated these days with nearly all of their sought-after time pieces, here is your chance. This watch with its stunning all original dial is guaranteed to capture everyone's attention. Shipping will be with full insurance.
